Rotorstock 8 takes place on Saturday 20th August 2011

Rotorstock 8 is another Japanese car show, but one that boasts unique features that cannot be found at any other UK event. Like the huge sprint circuit and the one-and-only outing of the Jap Drag Academy. In addition to these unique features, Rotorstock 8 also includes the usual Run What Ya Brung competition, drifting, club displays and show car competition.

Rotorstock started off as the annual gathering for Rotary-powered Mazda fans, however it has evolved with the times and is now probably best described as a track day and static show for all Japanese car fans.

The Jap Drag Academy allows experienced Run What Ya Brungers to experience knock-out drag racing from the driver's seat. This is the only event this year where the Jap Drag Academy will run. See http://www.japdragseries.co.uk/academy.php website for entry details and cost.

The Rotorstock Sprint Circuit combines high-speed corners with challenging tight sections. Rotorstock offers the biggest handling challenge available at Santa Pod Raceway this year. All runs are timed, and best of all...Free entry!
Round 4 of the Jap Drag Series, featuring the fastest modified Japanese cars in the UK. Great racing, incredible vehicles and an amazing high-speed spectacle.

Run What Ya Brung competition allows anyone to take their car on the strip and see what it is capable of. Plenty of track time available and full performance print-outs for each run. Unlimited runs for just £25.00

Rotorstock is also a great place for a club get-together, featuring an open show & shine competition, traders, and dyno.
